The Ninth Doctor's Rules:

    001: Don't wander off.

The Tenth Doctor's Rules:

    001: Don't wander off.
    010: Don't eat anything until you're sure it's totally safe. Unless it's a badly cooked kronkburger - in which case don't eat at all.
    408: Time is not the boss of you.

The Eleventh Doctor's:

    007: Never run when you are scared.
    027: Never knowingly be serious.
